Great location and friendly vibes!
We had an awesome 3-night stay! The location is top-notch, right those we want to be. The staff are super chill, especially Georgia and Bryony—totally made our vibes better! Food in the bar lounge was nice too, but it could take a little while before you get served. Still, we’d return for sure!

We had a blast hanging out by the river and visiting the local parks. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly and super helpful, making our stay really enjoyable!
We had a bit of a mix-up with the dinner menu options. We ended up settling for something less than ideal.

It was just a suitable option for a day tour in Bath with good price-value balance. The spicy Buffalo Wings were tasty but not enough for two. Aim to check for added value before ordering food.

I enjoyed a nice lunch with family, and we all found the food to be well-prepared. The fish and chips stood out for their quality, and the chips stayed crispy throughout the meal. It felt good to share a meal where everyone was satisfied.
The drinks prices seemed high, though I understand costs can vary when staying away.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view that really enhanced our stay. While breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked, the dining experience suffered from disorganization, with items not replenished in a timely manner. The staff were friendly, but there were moments of distraction that impacted service, especially with pets in the dining area. More attention to detail in the food service and improved menu options would enhance the overall experience.
